Information Technology Manager
Current• Project Leadership: Take charge of major IT projects from inception to completion, overseeing the design, deployment, and integration of new systems and services.• Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor the performance of existing IT systems, assessing cost-effectiveness and productivity levels, and providing recommendations for enhancements or upgrades.• Infrastructure Strategy and Architecture: Aid in formulating the organization's IT infrastructure strategy, encompassing architecture design and process development.• Business Analysis and Solutions Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to analyze business requirements and devise customized IT solutions to address those needs.• Vendor Assessment and Management: Assess and choose vendors for hardware and software procurement, while also developing testing strategies to ensure compatibility and functionality.• Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware and software issues encountered by internal users, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.• Procurement and Asset Management: Supervise the selection and acquisition of new IT equipment and software, in addition to managing existing assets and inventory.• Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring that contracted services meet organizational standards and expectations.• User Account and Permission Management: Create, oversee, and update system permissions and user accounts, ensuring proper configuration of security and access controls.• Desktop and Device Management: Configure, deploy, and monitor desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment, maintaining an inventory and ensuring optimal functionality.• Active Directory Management: Maintain and administer Active Directory, including tasks such as user account management, email account setup, and termination procedures.
