I currently work as the Director of Professional Services for Webster Bank. I use my combined passions for audit and banking to support the third line risk management teams through coordinated assurance assessments, audit manual updates, regulator coordination, risk assessment management, audit committee reporting, among other key duties needed to help our team be as efficient and effective as possible. I worked as a System Manager over Cash Posting in the Central Business Office for Baptist Memorial Healthcare. I managed over 50 employees in both remote and in office environments and updated processes and procedures for cash posting in both hospital and professional billing areas. I worked for KPMG for over four years in the audit and advisory practices. I have experience auditing several different types of companies including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, private, and public clients. On a daily basis, I was in charge of delegating tasks to multiple team members and maintaining client relationships. I represent my peers on three internal KPMG councils on the local office and regional levels. I currently hold degrees in Accounting and in Finance from Mississippi State University.
