-Provided administrative, organizational, and programmatic support for the California Virtual Academy for Case Investigation and Contact Tracing organized by the California Department of Public Health, UCSF, and UCLA.-Facilitated small group skills labs aimed to allow learners to practice case investigation and contact tracing interviews using health coaching techniques such as motivational interviewing and compassionate listening.
