Over the last 26 years in ultrasound, I have been fortunate to experience many things and work with incredible people. I have been honored to train well over 200 of the most talented Radiologists and Sonographers that the industry has to offer. I specialize in OB/GYN in our MFM practice and teach Pediatrics in the Sonography School at Mayo. I also teach scanning skills for abdominal and vascular ultrasound. For the last 12 years, I have been involved in ACR accreditation for our 3 sites. I have been part of the AACE faculty for thyroid ultrasound since 2003 and help organize the scanning lab for Endocrine University. I am also a FNA Training specialist with Veracyte. I have given lectures for SDMS and several ultrasound societies over the years and co-authored a book chapter on spine ultrasound. I am volunteering on the CME review committee for SDMS and am in the process of volunteering for ARDMS as a question writer for the Abdominal and Pediatric Sonography exams. In 2015, I was blessed with the opportunity to go to Haiti on a mission and teach ultrasound. I am currently starting a company called Consultants in Ultrasound Accreditation. My greatest accomplishment though is raising my two daughters, Julia and Erika.
