I managed two scholarship programs disbursing approximately $500,000 in scholarships to support study abroad access. I led marketing for a national scholarship focused first generation and low income students that yielded a 200% increase in applications. I designed workshops to support learners in writing successful applications. I worked with stakeholders across 3 teams to improve scholarship application design. I co-developed and launched a pilot scholarship program.

TAF (Technology Access Foundation) is a nonprofit focused on building equity through STEM education. TAF's mission is to build collaborative relationships with public education to create access to transformative systems of learning for students and teachers of color to eliminate race-based disparities in an increasingly diverse society. While at TAF, I was a member of the communications and development team. Key tasks & responsibilities included:-Give Big campaign--drive community level donations through online giving campaign resulting in 225% year over year increase in contributions-Share TAF's work and accomplishments through social media and newsletters-Donor Database updating, tracking & reporting to contribute to overall fundraising targets-Drive audience development for TAF fundraising events including signature luncheon for audience of 400+-Community level donor stewardship-to make sure every donor knew their gift was impactful
