I gained invaluable experience leading a team of salespeople and adapting my managerial style to each individual. My role included the assurance of quality coaching and reviews, as well as solid documentation to back this up. I was confident that my strong KPI and sales knowledge would reflect onto the teams I worked with - this paid off with them being top of the leader board month in and out!

I started my journey as a customer service sales agent who went on to win quarterly "BEST" in my first sales quarter. I continued on to win several "BEST" awards for my performance which allowed me to progress quickly into a leading several teams of my own.

As a part-time job alongside my A-Level/University studies I was sales manager and key-holder in a busy gold, silver and diamond jewellers. I gained experience with both B2C and B2B sales and managed a small team of 5 people. I was accountable for rotas and day-to-day runnings, including ordering, recruitment and onboarding new suppliers.
