About Emily Warthman

In my current role, I lead policy outreach efforts for the Evidence-to-Impact Collaborative's Research Translation Platform. This includes providing training opportunities for researchers seeking to translate their research for policy impact. I also facilitate trusted relationships between researcher and policy communities to support evidence-based policy that promotes societal wellbeing. Earlier in my career, I gained experience as an attorney, with a focus on labor and employment law in the public sector. Later, I transitioned to HR management and served impactful organizations, including Nationwide Children’s Hospital, one of the nation’s best pediatric hospitals and research institutions, and the Supreme Court of Ohio. I also taught undergraduate students for 10+ years as an Adjunct Professor for Franklin University.
