One of the major partnerships is with the Ministry of Education in the Arab Republic of Egypt for their Egyptian Knoweldge Bank to provide educational content and professional development to educators. For this project, I am the internal and external point of contact for activities related to the partnership. I often report project updates and upcoming initiatives to key stakeholders through in-person meetings and virtual means of communication. I also liaise with several internal team leads and local vendors to develop accurate project plans, communications material, and collateral to keep internal and external stakeholders informed of the project targets and accomplishments. In addition, I ensure the key deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget. I also work closely with direct users to understand the target market and user needs by conducting focus groups, school visits, and managing advisory boards to receive feedback and provide direction and design of products and services.
