1) Design & Implement C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc. for Overseas Subsidiaries;(Areas coverage: North America, Nordic & CEE Europe, APAC India and Africa);2) Design & Implement Performance Management Scheme for Overseas Entities;3) Lead initiatives in designning Global Mobility Policy and work with shared service center (SSC) for end to end HR delivery;4) Initiate E-HR Project - uploading and processing all payroll data through online system, from offer data input, to salary appraisal approval and human cost analysis;5) Comply with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, ensuring adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.

1) Provide tax planning and filing services for international assignees of MNCs, including:- • Annual Tax Reconciliation (ATR) and Tax Refund Application • Tax Equalization Plan (TEQ) designing • Monthly tax filing2) Tax registration & filing and SAFE registration for employees’ equity award3) Provide package solutions to Global Mobility for domestic Private Enterprises, including: - • home & host payroll handling • Tax Equalization Plan (TEQ) designing • Global Mobility Policy • International Social Security • Traveller Risk and Compliance
