CurrentKIPP DC is a network of 20 high-performing, college-preparatory public schools in Washington D.C. educating 7,000 students and employing 1,400 teachers, leaders, and staff members dedicated to our mission. • Manage a team to oversee the development of 90 teachers across 12 schools through customized coaching and monthly professional development • Leverage data-driven and human-centered design principles to continuously improve adult learning and increase teacher retention• Collaborate and sustain relationships with KIPP DC executive and academic leadership to prioritize and secure resources based on the needs of teachers and students• Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and generate innovative solutions• Advocate for diverse, equitable and inclusive staff development initiatives
