As the only designer in the office, I worked directly with the Senior Program Director of the Office of Global Opportunities (OGO) to maintain and refine a cohesive and comprehensive publication layout design to market the more than 60 study abroad, exchange, and off-campus domestic programs programs the OGO administers annually, which currently attract.

As one of two design interns, I worked on design elements from the nine departments within the Division of Student Affairs. I updated the monthly newsletter using InDesign, Photoshop and Dreamweaver. I also learned how to use common spot when updating the Ohio University website.

As a summer design intern, I took on responsibilities to complete projects for the Advancement Communication and Marketing office as well as for the Alumni Association. I designed brochures, programs, flyers, posters, and web banners for the office using Adobe Creative Suite.

I was the only designer for the Career and Leadership Development Center for the 2013-2014 school year. I designed marketing pieces with a wide range: from online web banners to posters, quarter sheets, and interactive PDFs. I worked from month long projects to overnight turnarounds.

This year I was a production director for Ohio University's National Student Advertising Competition for MaryKay Cosmetics. I lead a small group to create a 26 page booklet to rebrand MaryKay.

After designing inside spreads for a broadsheet newspaper, I started designing for the front page of The Post one night a week. I used InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to complete the paper each night.
