Worked alongside the Planning and Zoning Administrator for the City of Coldwater to collect sidewalk fault, condition, and ADA compliance data to be imported into ArcMap to see which sidewalks in the 3rd ward of the city need to be repaired. Collected vehicle counts within several parking plazas in the city to better understand plaza usage during “peak” hours. Collected data was then imported into ArcMap to analyze which plazas were the most full at certain days and times. Worked alongside the Assessor for the city to update physical characteristics of homes within the 3rd ward, checking for structures that were not permitted as well as anything that would have value to the home. Presented my findings at a DDA and City Council meeting.
