I shifted my career focus to Organizational Change Management (OCM) after earning the Prosci Change Practitioner Certification in 2019. With 21 years of diversified project management experience, I have developed an exceptional eye for change impacts, risk management, and messaging. Initially taking on new OCM responsibilities within my projects, I have since expanded my OCM efforts, which led to my current role as OCM Product Owner in a multiyear SAFe agile program focused on building efficiencies and managing risk. I consistently receive positive feedback for these efforts and aim to expand into a larger OCM-centered role.
