I am a IP and litigation paralegal by trade, but my passion is entrepreneurship and helping law firms thrive and grow by using the successful and proven Virtual Model method that I have formulated over the years of being a paralegal, a virtual paralegal, recruiter and talent acquisition specialist. I love working with other entrepreneurs who run small and solo firms, on improving their systems and processes, on helping them obtain the best support staff that works for them and untimely scaling their business to reach their maximum potential. I also love working with freelance paralegals and support staff that are passionate about providing high level paralegal/legal assistant services to law firms, who want to scale their own freelance paralegal business, and continue to learn. I believe the most important factors in our lives in general, especially in our business lives, is clear, simple and concise communication, a passion and love for our work and a desire to help people.
