-Data analysis of two years worth of survey data asking laboratories and other testing facilities across Arizona for their COVID-19 testing capacity and capabilities.-Point of contact and lead for the ASPHL part of the monoclonal antibody distribution resulting in distribution of over 400 courses of antibodies to counties across Arizona. Built a Google Site for the quality assurance and improvement team that staff at ASPHL can use to locate the staff eDirectory, internal and external audit dates, upcoming professional development opportunities, and submit feedback.-Came up with activities to celebrate the staff at ASPHL for Medical Laboratory Professionals Week including coordinating a food truck to come to the lab for lunch one day, Kahoot game on questions about the lab, making goody bags as thank you presents, and creating all of the internal communications to inform staff of the events planned.
