CurrentMost recently, I have stepped into a new role as our Head of People and Culture. This is more of a HR role which focuses on our internal processes, how all of these affect our staff, where we can improve our Employee Satisfaction and increase staff retention and happiness. This is done through engagement surveys, updating of softwares / third party suppliers we use to improve work performance, also through staff development plans and progression journeys to ensure our staff are valued, listened to and always improving our workplace landscape and culture.
