Responsible for providing pre-development due diligence, financial analysis, project management emphasizing financial, environmental and cultural solutions, and demonstrated negotiation skills.Fifteen years experience in post transaction portfolio and asset management assistance for residential and commercial projects for clients with portfolios in excess of $2 billion USD.Five years experience evaluating multi-family proposals for reducing OPEX using solar energy including due diligence, economic analysis, and environmental impacts.Current interests include: PropTech, FinTech, Pedestrian Movement and Modeling, and business opportunities within the public-private partnership sector for student housing and university planning.
