I am an early-career attorney serving as a Clinical Fellow with the Harvard Law School's Human Rights Entrepreneurs Clinic. The HREC has a focus on human rights entrepreneurs, making it one of the first of its kind working at the intersection of human rights and social entrepreneurship. The clinic operates like a lab, experimenting with ideas and helping turn them into reality, including through incubating and developing frontier litigation; the clinic works on small and large projects on both short- and long-term engagements to respond to the needs of the partner organizations and entrepreneurs with which it is working. My personal legal practice specializes in international and domestic human rights law, with specific experience in human rights litigation. I have contributed to cases involving U.S. corporations aiding and abetting paramilitary violence in Colombia, human rights violations in Indonesia, and child slavery in the cocoa industry in the Ivory Coast, among others. My most significant non-litigation project has focused on building access to justice for civil society organizations based in and around Burma, helping to strengthen a sustainable and community-driven accountability process for the ongoing atrocities there.
