I am a passionate sustainability professional, currently completing a PhD with the Monash Sustainable Development Institute. My current research focus is political leadership for sustainable development, as I seek to understand the role Local Governments play in committing to the Paris Agreement and 2030 emissions targets.I am also the Sustainable Transport Planner for the Mornington Peninsula Shire. I take pride in working with the community to solve complex problems through systems thinking, behavioural interventions and empirical research in this stategic role. I am passionate about developing innovative behaviour and system change strategies and initiatives, as we shift towards a sustainable future.I have an extensive background in tourism, higher education and local government through strategic planning, finance, administration, data analysis, event planning, communications, academic support and team management roles.I am also an experienced marketer and content creator with a demonstrated history of working in the creative eCommerce industry. I am competent in IA, UX, SEO, EDM, CRM, social media, web design, product photography and graphic design.Each task I take on is with the utmost care, attention to detail and is completed efficiently and on time.
