Working across the partnership brands portfolio, I am responsible for the delivery of cross functional projects contained within 3year commercial NPD plans. Key Responsibilities:• Management and delivery of NPD across partnership brands including Ted Baker, Champneys and French Connection and private label Boots Brand and Soap and Glory.• Chairing weekly product development meetings.• Running project reviews with our internal and contract manufacturing teams, capturing key learnings and creating plans to strengthen our ways of working of future projects.• Developing product delivery plans to align with the 3-year plan and key seasonal launch dates.• Working cross functionally with our internal teams to develop new product briefs and engaging key suppliers on product requirements.• Ensuring all key milestones and gates are met throughout the product development process. • Completing weekly project reports and monthly KPI performance reports.• Developing business cases and presenting projects to senior stakeholders for approval across supply, brand, sourcing and technical teams.• Day to day cross functional working with UK and Hong-Kong based suppliers and internal brand, technical, packaging and buying teams to deliver the NPD plans.• Continuous maintenance on existing product ranges to reduce costs and improve quality of delivery
