I currently deliver training for our Revenues and Benefits Courses at escalla. Courses are delivered online through a virtual platform. My other responsibilities include updating our courses and writing new course materials to fit the ever-changing industry.escalla is a modern company and always has a forward-thinking approach to its working ethic.Prior experience was within a Local Authority training new and current staff in Revenues and Benefits legislation and the Northgate system. Experience in various training projects including new software systems across the authority. Civica was successfully rolled out to all departments within the authority and training schedules were designed to target the different staffing permissions.I have worked as an NVQ assessor covering various fields, including Business Administration, Property and Sales, and IRRV. Also involved in our successful Fasttrack program recruiting staff for Local authorities while training and supporting the candidates into their new roles.
