Involved in our recruitment programs and ensuring the training delivered to candidates enables them to fulfil their new role.

Within this role I was responsible for candidates undertaking their IRRV QCF, business administration, property and letting and Digital marketing. Assessing their course work and visiting candidates in their workplace to set up assessment plans, observation assessment. Role included tutored weeks within our offices for Digital Marketing this would be to plan units on cohorts and make sure knowledge and understanding was understood. Also training to local authorities on revenues and benefit courses these were classroom based.
