- Collaborated with the strategy team to conduct a needs assessment and New Zealand’s public infrastructure, strategically evaluating its alignment with both current and future requirements. This study was the leading research piece behind New Zealand’s 30-year infrastructure strategy- Worked together with equivalent international infrastructure bodies to establish benchmarks and performance standards- Using the research, was able to determine areas for enhancement and optimisation of asset utilisation to deliver cost-effective and sustainable solutions - Delivered the results of the needs assessment using a range of methods, including data libraries, formal reports, and presentations to the Board, senior leadership and project stakeholders
