Having worked part in property for over 10 years developing properties for domestic resale and serviced accomodation, I moved into this role full time in January 2021.I run two serviced accomodation properties both of which were refurbished and designed by me and my team. The larger property is based in the Cairngorms National Park and required a full refurbishment when purchased which included removal of two internal walls, RSJ's fitted, layout changes, additional bathrooms added and the usual new kitchen, bathroom and decoration and interior design.
