My career has centered on developing and delivering significant technology strategies that lead to positive business transformation and growth. As a leader, I feel passionate about building and inspiring high performing teams that are motivated to drive measurable value creation for an organisation.Recent highlights of my career include owning the transformation of all customer technology for John Lewis. This included its online business (with a 2.5 billion turnover), contact centers and loyalty program. I also led the introduction of agile ways of working within IT and the partnership. More recently I joined Pret a Manager at a critical time and ensured the survival of the business by creating and leading new teams to develop a new global digital strategy and road map. I then led the delivery of a new commerce platform which ensured growth targets and could support a future franchise model; and most notably helped launch the first ever UK coffee subscription in six weeks.
