Organize and create invoices, receive payments, make deposits, enter account information into QuickBooks, drop off and pick up materials pertinent to completing jobs, and maintain the office appearance.

As an office assistant, I answered telephones, collected tuition, was in charge of the day school in the director’s absence, maintained a rapport with parents, and provided help to the teachers when they needed it. Basic housekeeping duties and maintenance were also part of this position.
