Freelance Textile Developer & DesignerFreelance Sep 2017 - PresentLondon, United KingdomRecent clients : Burberry, Jigsaw, Mira Mikati, Mary Katrantzou and Odyssee.This was a multi skilled print and textile design and development role for small projects or long term seasonal collections. My main expertise was in design and development, working closely with designers to create original textile pieces for the brand's demographic. My experience from working with suppliers from Italy, France and China allows me to reassuringly follow sampling and provide technical support especially with jacquard design in particular. Production is also apart of my skill set providing knowledge in cost consumptions and quality control throughout the process.

My role consisted of working directly with the creative director to produce creative and original designs that worked within the brands DNA and specific clientele demographic. My design versatility spanned over the couture, accessories, clients and the new RTW collection, creating a variety of prints, jacquards and screen print based designs within a small textile team that I managed.My skill set is vast from using various software and hand drawing mediums to co-ordinating a small team to work between the design studio and our in house atelier were the couture pieces are made. A key part to my role was production and quality control as well as developing new bridges between ourselves and quality suppliers to source the luxury fabrics we required. -
Print Production Co-Ordinator And DesignerPeter Pilotto Oct 2014 - Nov 2015London, United KingdomAt Peter Pilotto I had two key roles; first was designing the prints and jacquards using various design techniques and mediums to fabricate the creative directors vision. My second role was to manage the print team in co-ordinating the print production for all the print/jacquard looks, turning the samples into cost efficient artworks for the production pipeline. This would include adjusting technicalities for aesthetic purposes, colour calibrating and working fabric consumptions as well as acquiring strong communication skills between the production team in order to fit within tight deadlines and budgets. -

Overseeing the full design process from concept building, designs to technical placements and artworks for production. I also translated my artowrks into technical for fur, lavorazione and fabric embellishments as well as working on specialist projects including celebrities and product design i.e the Disaronno Versace special edition bottle in 2014.
