The Mix focuses on young people’s mental health and wellbeing, aiming to use data, research and evaluation to make a positive impact on young people’s lives and continually improve provision.In this role I work collaboratively with the teams across The Mix to ensure that data, evidence and impact are at the heart of how we design and deliver services, projects and campaigns. Specifically, this includes a focus on data collection and analysis, the creation of data dashboards and visual reports, monitoring organisational and service level KPIs, evaluating our services and writing insights reports for internal and external usage.

I wrote a series of event reports for the four part series 'How to Reform the Police' organised by LSE IDEAS and the Urban Violence Research Network, looking at lessons of police reform from the Global South and Global North. Following on from the series, I wrote a final event report "How Can Evidence-Based Policing Advance Police Reform Overseas", which brought together a panel of leading criminologists and development practitioners. The event was hosted by the Department of International Relations at LSE.
