In this role I dress as Disney princesses and superheroes and attend children’s parties. I travel to multiple locations across Cornwall to make children’s dreams come true. At all parties I have a timetable to follow, however there are times I must be adaptable incase the children are not enjoying this activity to the full potential. The activities I complete with the children consist of singing, dancing, parachute games, biscuit decorating, arts and crafts, glitter tattoos just to name a few. In this role it important that I have strong behaviour management, as I work with children aged 3-15 in groups of 5-30+. In this role, it is imperative I can work alone but also as a team as there are some parties and events we must team up in. It is important to be confident and be able to speak in crowds as we do this at our events. Customer service is also an important skill in this role as I speak with parents, businesses when attending and planning events.

I have planned school trips as well as class assemblies, with life lessons I feel are important for children to learn, through the use of stories and acting.

I started this job role as an administrator processing payroll weekly to temporary staff, setting up new business accounts as well as helping other consultants in the office with CV searching and pre-screening candidates. I had to be flexible with this job role as days were fast paced, and priority of duties each day changed. Contacting companies for references as well as general admin duties were a part of my everyday duties from filing, answering the telephone, booking in meetings for other consultants as well as diary checks and uploading new job roles online. Through hard work, I completed training with Travail to be a Recruitment Consultant where I looked after the Temporary Commercial desk. I worked this job role along side my administrator role therefore time was crucial as it was imperative I processed payroll and holiday each week as well as carried out my sales calls to clients, building a new client base for Travail in the Cheltenham area.

- My duties included serving customers, handling money, taking orders, as well as having a good understanding of the food and beverages in which the business offers e.g. knowing who the suppliers are and how something is cooked- Other responsibilities include locking up at the end of the night as well as the general cleanliness of the business but, also being in charge of other members of staff when management is not around.

- I worked as a full-time waitress ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations, within the restaurant along with, checking the business standards e.g. restaurant presentation and staff appearance before service when management was not in.- My duties included serving customers, handling money, carrying out stock take and ordering new produce in. I also had the responsibility of opening the hotel on morning shifts as well as ensuring that customers were enjoying their evening before cashing up at the end of the night. - I initially started my job role as a waitress in 2012 progressing my way to head waitress and bar manager therefore, my responsibilities also included playing an active role in having full knowledge of both food and beverage menus and being aware of the standards of service required for a AA restaurant.

- I worked as a full-time waitress working many flexible hours with duties that included serving tables, taking orders, ironing, and keeping the restaurant tidy.- My work also entailed working alongside the event manager helping to lay up the restaurant or rooms ready for wedding ceremonies and wedding breakfasts. Yet, it also meant helping with the organisation of the wedding in terms of the pre-order for food, and daily activities throughout the day and evening making sure that the wedding was running efficiently- My responsibilities also included working functions e.g. Mayors dinner and Rotary Club ensuring they are enjoying their evening gaining the service they deserve
