In my first year at the CCBC, I implemented a new social media strategy that increased overall engagements by 95%, Facebook followers by 20%, Twitter followers by 11% and Instagram followers by 68%. • Oversaw marketing budget.• Supported the development and the marketing of the CCBC's digital strategy project. • Co-lead the marketing committee for I Read Canadian Day. • Created the CCBC monthly educator newsletter, featuring news, author and illustrator interviews, reading lists, bookseller and staff recommendations and more.
