- Planificar y controlar la elaboración del autodiagnóstico y el plan demejora y dar seguimiento a su implementación- Dirigir y coordinar estudios de mejoramiento continuo de losprocesos, como son la aplicación de encuestas de satisfacción a losusuarios, cumplimiento de indicadores, gestión de noconformidades, acciones preventivas y correctivas, entre otros yproponer un sistema de indicadores como soporte a las evaluacionesperiódicas- Realizar otras tareas afines y complementarias y cumplir con lasmetas y objetivos del Plan Operativo.

- Ensure the proper implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.- Monitor and plan the corresponding activities for internal and external audits. - Follow up on the Basic Internal Control Standards (NOBACI), the Common Assessment Framework Model (CAF) and the Institution’s Quality Objectives. - Measure and follow up on customer feedback and customer satisfaction analysis. - Identify and follow up on Non-Conformities, Corrective Actions and Findings in QMS. - Assist in the development of the Institutional Strategic Products Plan and the Annual Operational Plan.- Support the areas in the development of policies, manuals, procedures, instructions and forms, and the identification and valuation of their risks

- Implement and train regulatory improvement programs in public and private institutions. - Estimate the economic and social cost of procedures and services through the SIMPLICA-RD methodology and follow up on the implementation of improvement plans to reduce cost of procedures. - Collect and analyze data for the development of regulatory impact analysis.- Generate analysis, articles, reports and strategic documents on themes or sectors of national and international competitiveness, economic, statistical and other indicators.

- Monitor key performance indicators for production, logistics and maintenance areas. - Standardize systems and processes based on the PDCA cycle. - Implement, disseminate, maintain and improve the routine management through the methodology of process analysis, fault treatment and auditing of standardized procedures to ensure the stabilization of the company’s processes. - Train and support the areas of the company in quality methodologies and tools.
