Reporting to the Director and UK Head of Client Service HR based at Deloitte’s head office in London I worked as part of the UK Talent Projects team who were responsible for the delivery of the firm wide Diversity and Inclusion strategy. Key stakeholders included all UK Client Service HR Directors, Service Line Talent Partners and the firms sponsoring Managing Partner for Talent who was part of the UK Executive Board.

This was a multi-site role covering 4 sites which was based from the Leeds office but also included Newcastle, Manchester and Liverpool. Reporting to a Senior CSHR Manager based at head office in London I also had full responsibility for the North Tax CSHR team and supported on an ad hoc basis the Audit, Consulting, Corporate Finance, and ICS service lines at a regional level within the NE and Yorkshire practice. I regularly travelled between London and all of the 3 northern Deloitte offices.
