Principal Duties and Responsibilities:    • Inspects, selects, packages and labels products according to specifications.  • Operates semi-automatic and automatic packaging equipments.  • Salvages, reconditions and feeds off ware into reclaim.  • Assist in start-up and set-up of packaging equipment.  • Clear jams and removes any materials that may cause safety hazards.  • Checks packaging quality and notify appropriate personnel of out specification packaging and rejects same.  • Procures and maintains supply of direct/packaging materials at work stations.  • Notifies appropriate personnel of any equipment or quality problems and takes corrective action within the scope of the job.  • Participates in the safety, continuous improvement, communication process and good housekeeping programs as established within the production plant.   Achievements:  • Have undergone production plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.  • Enhanced ability in conducting simple mechanical test and troubleshooting equipments.  • Improved ability to work independently as well as in team environment.  • Improved ability in multi-tasking.  • Great improvements in internal and external customer service skills.

Principal Duties/ Responsibilities:  • Oversee all in-store aspects of the GC music lessons business.  • Work with stakeholders in the local community to promote and signup/register new students into the music lessons program.  •  Provide exceptional customer relationship solutions to active customers and prospective clients.  •  Establish solid payment processing, refund/dispute processing, account balance adjustments (credits/debits) as well as account reconciliations and resolution of current billing issues/escalations issues.  • Increase student counts within the lessons program by driving and maintaining sales as well as organising promotional programs.  • Monitor, improve and report on the evolution of the entire lessons business as well supervising and providing guidance to instructors and coordinating students schedules with the availability of instructors.  • Communicate with parents, students and other community stakeholders, ensuring overall positive experience.  • Ensuring that every aspect of the program is functioning properly, tracking daily development of the business and identifying new opportunities for growth.  • Organise outdoor outreach programs to project/promote program as well as partnering schools and other stakeholders. Accomplishments:    • Improved managerial skills using a cross-functional appraoch in coordinating the entire lessons program for 1 year and 2 months.  • Started with zero students count and just one instructor, and within 14 months, we were able to enroll more than 160 active students on the EZPay automatic billing as well as hiring 7 new instructors into the lessons program.  • Enhanced customer service, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.  • Enhanced marketing skills and ability to generate traffic towards a new program.  • Enhanced ability to work independently/cross-functional teams and under great pressure.  • Enhanced ability to communicate and interact with the public/community stakeholders.
