Responsible for resolving all plumbing issues such as the repair, replacement or installation of faucets, toilets, hot water tanks, garbage disposals, dishwashers and refrigators Liable for keeping up to date records for pre- and post- move in/out inspections Accountable for any drywall repairs to include filling small holes and painting Engaged in making executive decisions regarding the repair of appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, range ovens, hot water tanks and air conditioners Assists in the removal of snow through either shoveling and/ or plowing as well as salting icy surfaces Aids in resolving electricial issues which can include the repair or installation of wall sockets, power switches, coverters, and air conditioners Provides exceptional customer service to residents while assessing and troubleshooting their issues

As a customer services assistant manager, it would be my job to make sure that customers’ needs and expectations are satisfied. I am responsible for anything from managing a customer service team and dealing with inquiries in person, to developing customer service standards for a large company. Some of my duties consist of:helping to develop or update customer service policies and proceduresmanaging or leading a team of customer services staffhandling more complex inquiries and complaintsauthorizing refunds or other compensation to customersmaking sure accurate records are kept of communications with customersanalyzing key management information to see how well customers are being servedhelping to recruit, train and appraise new staffkeeping up to date with developments in customer service, for example data protection.I would also report regularly to senior managers on how well teams are performing and whether key targets are being met. You would also attend training sessions on new company services or products.
