Develop a deep understanding of their objectives, challenges, and needs.Strategic Account Growth: Identify and seize opportunities for revenue expansion and upselling within my portfolio of publisher clients, driving both short-term gains and long-term growth.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to deliver actionable insights aimed at enhancing ad delivery, CPM, fill rates, and overall yield. Ensure clients consistently achieve their revenue goals.Project Management: Oversee the execution of ad campaigns, addressing technical issues, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed on time.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various internal teams to resolve client issues and spearhead product improvements that benefit both clients and the company.Client Advocacy: Act as a strong advocate for publisher clients, ensuring their feedback and concerns are effectively communicated and acted upon.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed client reports and presentations that highlight performance metrics and offer strategic recommendations for improvement.
