I joined the Effective Giving Incubation program AIM designed in collaboration with Giving What We Can.~80% of incubatees end the program with a co-founder, a charity intervention and a first-year seed funding.

I was always a good student but never learned much. At 17 I figured if I wasn't going to truly learn in university, I'd better create my own: Emma's College was born. What started as a personal research project, turned out to be a great experiment to find the best way to learn. Emma's College turned into It's Your College: a platform to teach how to learn. Leveraging the science of learning and theory on self-directed and informal learning I consult individuals, schools, and companies on their learning strategy.Highlights:- Created self-directed learning course: https://www.itsyourcollege.com/buildyourcollege- Gave 35 talks to schools, and companies, including a TEDx talk. - Consulted 20+ schools, universities, and businesses (16000+ employees total) - Researched the effectiveness of innovative education models, published in two books.- Developed a leadership program for principals and educational leaders
