Responsible for leading cross functional teams using the Launch Quality Operating System (LQOS) as a framework for delivering new vehicles or vehicle updates into serial production to time cost and quality targets. Coordination of teams across manufacturing, logistics, product engineering, quality, marketing, sales and service functions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Management of pre-build planning events; co-ordination with manufacturing, suppliers and downstream customers for build planning purposes• Management of Pre Volume Build Requirements process. Clear understanding of new product content to ensure visibility to manufacturing through pre build events, whilst delivering demands of Vehicle Engineering and Marketing teams. • Planning of pre build vehicle plant activity to achieve quality sampling requirements through launch phase of programme.• Coordination of prototype body in white supply for early phase manufacturing pre-builds. Responsibilities included procurement of parts, planning build in line with pilot operations capability and coordination of transport between pilot operations and Halewood• Support in pilot operations facility for Verification Prototype BuildLaunch Programmes: - All new Range Rover Evoque 2020
