Lead a team of developers to build an e-commerce platform for private health insurance exchanges. This platform was successfully implemented and deployed for many major health insurers in tandem with the public health insurance exchange, healthcare.gov.

Primarily implemented a new web application from the ground up. This application allowed users to create and design custom web 2.0 "widgets" similar to Google gadgets on a personalized Google homepage.

• Java Swing integration with .NET speech recognition platform M*Modal.• Redesigned and implemented report dictation and workflow management application for aforementioned project.• Initiated as well as lead design and implementation of "Nighthawk Domains" project - a cross-platform object library to promote code reuse and design simplicity.• Lead contributor to "Nighthawk Commons" project.
