• Daily basis prepare KPI statistic report, KPI monitoring and analysis.• Have good understanding on ZTE counters and KPI’s(Accessibility, Availability, Mobility, Retainability, CS,PS Traffic, User/Cell Throughput, spectral efficiency etc) for LTE/UMTS• Daily basis SME, CMCC Customer complains resolution meeting with sales and Zong RAN for SOP definition.• Worst cells optimization, Network capacity evaluation, Cluster optimization.• Cod, IUB, Power, CE Congestion monitoring on Day average and RBH basis.• Monitoring and Analyzing parameters and RNC, Nod-B, E-NodB and Cell Level (Multan).• Optimization of Major roads/Highways/Coverage holes/capacity issues by making proper/dominant servers both by soft and hard parameters.• Performing neighbor optimization to reduce SHO/HOs overhead and to reduce number of drops due to neighbor discrepancies.• Weekly or monthly basis LAC/TAC Audit to improve PSR.• Drive Test and Walk Test analysis and report preparation.

• Daily basis Stats monitoring of Day average, Hourly, RBH, and CBH.• Hand on Experience on ZTE BSC V3, V4 and SDR technology.• Daily KPIs monitoring and coordinating with BSS teams to resolve the issues during optimization process such as handover failures, Low Coverage Areas, TCH blocking, Frequency Interference and Low power TRXs. • CDR CMCC Improvement Plan Execution.• Traffic Zone Shifting for maximizing traffic on DCS (1800) than GSM (900) to ensure better DL Quality in the network through tuning different RF parameters of DCS (1800) and GSM (900).• Traffic Shifting from HR to FR for ensuring Quality/MOS improvement considering GOS and keeping in mind risk factor.• Handover Distributions optimization to ensure that maximum HOs Distributions should be due to PBGT.• Trx Dilution and EGSM Band Scratching Working and Trials• Analysis of BSC worst cells w.r.t. “High CS Traffic. Low PS Traffic” & “High PS Traffic, Low PS Throughput”.• Analysis and working on worst cells in Monthly BSC tracker “DL Throughput” cells of CIII region.• Working, analysis & implementation of WOs necessary to cater issues highlighted in “Worst TCH Blocking Cells” & “Worst SDCCH Blocking Cells” working for respective BSC.• Analysis & implementation of recommendations provided in “Worst DCR Cells” for respective BSC.• Working on the worst cells of respective BSC in monthly tracker.• Escalating the critical operational issues to BSS for timely resolution.• Roll out sites DTR acceptance and physical Audit of sites to ensure no discrepancy in planned network. • Monitoring Log files analysis and Recommendation against all the highlighted issues including Antenna Physical changes Soft parameter changes. • Frequency cleaning and insuring smooth Benchmark Drive test in CIII region
