1. Regional Operation and Maintenance of more than 360 Base Transceiver Stations (RAN) including multivendor Hybrid and PDH microwave transmission link of Grameenphone GSM network. 2. Responsible for level 1 corrective maintenance, 100% restoration of RAN & microwave transmission fluctuation within SLA time. 3. Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance & troubleshooting of Hybrid and PDH Microwave links (Huawei RTN series: 910, 950, 980, RTN 905; NEC I-PASO series: 200, 400, 1000, 100E, Pasolink NEO CPv16). 4. Maintenance & troubleshooting of Radio Access Network (RAN) (Huawei BTS 3900, 3900A, 3900L, 3900E, DBS3900; Ericsson RBS 6601, 6202, 6110, GSM antenna 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2100MHz band, Tri-Band Antenna and Omni 1800MHz, 2100MHz, REPEATER, PICO BTS). 5. Fault identification and troubleshooting of AC & DC power system including main distribution box, Rectifier (Delta, Huawei 16 kw, Eltek flatpack 1& 2, ZTE).6. Preventive Maintenance (PM) of GSM site, AoIP configuration, traffic shifting, VSWR solving and Optical fiber cable splicing. 7. Attending Preliminary Acceptance Test (PAT) of GSM BTS, PDH and Hybrid Microwave link, Power system and Civil work. 8. Monitoring vendor for Auto Generator, DC ventilation system servicing and maintaining various databases & reporting as per obligation.

1. Managing transmission (SIEMENS, HUAWEI and NEC), RAN, and power related operations and maintenance of Banglalink GSM sites. 2. Handling the Field operation activities of RAN, power systems (Diesel Generator, Portable Generator, AVR, and Rectifier), Transmission systems, etc.3. Monitor & analyze corrective maintenance (CM) of sites to eliminate repetitive alarms.4. LLDV, BLBD, DC high-low voltage configuration from rectifier (Emerson, Eltek, Shaft, Huawei).10. Collecting and making of battery discharge report of low battery backup GSM sites. 11. To manage scheduled generator servicing in BTS and BSC sites by internal generator experts.12. Actively involved in PAT.13. Team management. 14. Managing DG refueling in BTS and BSC sites, fuel consumption test.

1. Supervising the installation of Huawei RAN, RF units, Microwave Link antenna (0.3/0.6/0.9/1.2/1.8) and GSM (900MHz/1800 MHz/2100MHz) Antenna. 2. Hands on experience on installation and commissioning of Microwave IDU/ODU’s (Huawei RTN 905/RTN 950A/RTN 980, XMC-2) according to Link Budget and Board Layout. 3. Checking & Corrective Maintenance of VSWR using both site master and software.4. Faulty equipment identification, sending requisition mail to replace faulty equipment. 5. Traffic shifting, E1 migration, cascading SFP module, Optical CPRI cable. 6. Extensive experience in Banglalink NOC. 7. Hands on experience in Cell Activation (3G), Turning on Antenna port and RET port, configuring the RET/RCU, SBT, TMA, Electrical Tilt of GSM 3G sites from NMC/NOC using M2000 server and command. 8. Team management, communicate and follow-up with vendor (Huawei) managers. 9. Team deployment to installation, rectification, PAT for site according to vendor (Huawei) requirement. 10. Making schedule for Microwave Link and Node B equipment pickup, Material on site, installation, MW link pointing, integration and 3G on-air. 11. Follow up with Vendor (Huawei) Managers the status of verbal & written reports of technical & non-technical site problems.
