Overnight Order filler. Would receive item location in headset, along with quantity, and if doing multiole orders at once will specify which "tote" to put it in. Accuracy and Safety were most important followed by Quality of product (not just thrown in, liquids bagged, heavy items on bottom), and then Efficiency. we were timed on our "Documents" and if we saved the company time(completed document faster than given time) then we were compensated with incentive pay for that time.Also assisted in stacking full totes, wrapping them, and putting them in proper order to be placed on truck for Delivery.

I was all over the place, Opening, Closing, doubles. Worked on the line as a Sautee chef mostly, but did broiler and salad/cold station as well.Opening obviously in charge of setup and prep for the days potential orders.Closing I was in charge of cleanup and and making sure everything was properly stored away for the night in efforts to reduce spoilage. Each station consisted of unique and detailed recipes that needed to be done the same each time.as well as specials throughout the week.*I also supported them in bussing tables towards the end of my employment there*
