Backbase delivers Bank 2.0 Software with powerful functionality to increase revenue and acquire and retain customers.Global 2000 enterprises such as ABN Amro, Deutsche Bank, AIG, Al Rajhi Bank, Barclays, Bank of America, BT, General Motors, ING, KPN, Motorola, NXP, Phililps, UBS and Visa use Backbase technology to create personalised customer experiences.- Led the company’s first signature client implementation of consumer experience platform, working with business and IT teams as well as Backbase product and solution delivery members.- Worked with international clients like Deutsche Bank and Tinkoff Bank, leading delivery teams of 10+ members in investment and retail banking. - Led consultancy efforts for Backbase clients on software release processes, configuration management, integration architecture, while demonstrating these through hands-on PoC and prototypes.

- Led the development of a strategic new product initiative on mobile advertising, working with a 15+ member engineering team. Started as a senior engineer and promoted to leading architect.- Worked with business, operations and presales teams to secure first client installation with a successful PoC.-Spearheaded agile delivery practices, unit testing and behavior driven development (BDD) quality approaches in the company and embedded in product development process.

- Led a development team of 6 engineers as part of a large-scale multi-country platform project running across US, Belgium, Canada, India and Turkey. The network management platform became the de-facto Alcatel operations platform with improved usability and performance.- After demonstrating successful deliveries, joined the core team at Antwerp R&D office.- Hired and trained several engineers for Istanbul office, helping company in staffing for several critical projects.
