Trainer/Coach - bp Gulf of Mexico (September 2012 - May 2015): Deployed in the Gulf of Mexico on the BP facility "Atlantis", acting as a Control of Work coach, after a 22-month stint on "Na Kika" doing the same. Coached the first Area Authorities in the region when BP introduced the role.Trainer/Coach - Exxon Neftegas (Feb 2011 – March 2011): Delivered E-Tool training to Russian users for their Sakhalin Project. Trained on and coached at their Cheyvo gas plant, and the Orlan offshore production facility. Delivered advanced JSA training to same based on Exxon’s Work Management System policy. Trainer/Coach - BHP Billiton – Neptune Offshore Facility (June 2010 – July 2010): Delivered Classroom S’Pro Training; oversaw the launch of the S'Pro tool on Neptune.Coach Team Lead - bp Toledo (Sept. 2009 – Feb. 2010): Functioned as Coach Team Leader for the Control of Work Risk Assessment Coaching Effort in the Toledo Refinery.Trainer/Coach - bp Texas City and Whiting (Oct. 2007 – Sept. 2009): Contributed to development and documentation of a harmonized approach to Control of Work, including, Permit to Work, 'Hazard Identification and Task Risk Assessment' (HITRA), and 'Safe Isolation and Reinstatement of Plant' processes (SIRPS). Conducted 8-12 hour classes teaching the same.

Managed 21 reports – 19 operators and 2 lab technicians; managed the operations of 4 polypropylene production units and 1 quality control lab.
