Regional compliance leader overseeing the cultivation, processing, and manufacturing of cannabis across four states: IL, MA, OH, & WV

- Manages compliance for retail, cultivation, and manufacturing operations across all dispensaries and G/P facilities owned by Cresco Labs in Massachusetts and New York.- Conducts audits and reviews for packaging/labeling, marketing/advertising/events, construction, and security across both states

- Local representative of Cresco Labs for our regulators in New York State and Massachusetts, including New York’s Department of Health and Massachusetts’ Cannabis Control Commission.- Actively mitigating risk and ensuring compliance at all Sunnyside* dispensaries located in New York. - Co-creator & editor of Sunnyside* Training Manuals and hundreds of SOPs- Educator & Trainer of staff, (potential) medical patients, and adult use consumers on New York and Massachusetts’ medical use and adult use programs – through communicating any updates to state policy, directives or guidance. - Local corporate representative and reliable leader for staff (consisting of management, licensed pharmacists, wellness advisors, and security personnel), - Collaborator with various corporate, security, and dispensary/retail teams in order to provide a safe, secure, and welcoming experience for all registered patients, designated caregivers, adult use consumers, and staff.- Health Commerce System coordinator – managing new and existing Commerce accounts for all of our pharmacists within NY state. Include managing roles, capabilities, and access-permissions within the state’s software and Prescription Monitoring Program.- Experienced Admin for BioTrackTHC and Metrc seed-to-sale/traceability software programs.Cresco Labs is one of the largest vertically-integrated multi-state cannabis companies within the United States. - Trained for perfusions, brain dissections, tissue sectioning, and stereotaxic neurosurgery- Utilized rat brain tissue histology, Cresyl Violet staining, and NeuN immunostaining to assess neural lesions- Harnessed skills with Statistica Software & MedPC Software, Light & Fluorescent Microscopy, and computer-controlled drinking chambers- Handled rats and became proficient in animal care, behavioral testing, and analytical measurements- AALAS certified for: Animals and Research at UIC and Working with Rats and Mice at UIC
