Current- Maintain SMS, our online study management system. Used to manage quotas, track respondents, and route users between survey tools and end links when taking online surveys.- Built the coLABorate online survey platform, a tool designed to facilitate brainstorming from users, allowing respondents to rank and rate other respondents’ ideas. Intended to be used in conjunction with the SMS platform.- Built automation systems to help coworkers prepare large amounts of weekly data for clients.- Built a variety of web tools for clients including real time data projection simulators and the “Right Dog” tool for the Michigan Humane Society.- Build online surveys using tools such as Sawtooth Lighthouse and Qualtrics. Tasks involved in building a survey include setting up skip logic, routing respondents between SMS, survey tools, and end links, custom styling using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, adding support for multiple languages, and preparing captured data for analysis using tools such as SPSS, Pentaho Data Integration Platform, and MySQL.
