Served as aircraft avionics technical expert for execution of sound maintenance practices for aircraft and support equipment. Focal point for implementation and management of maintenance standardization and evaluation programs. Identified strengths and weaknesses in maintenance practices to conduct trend analysis and provide vital training to maintainers. Administered all quality assurance communications ensuring accurate and quality policy guidance to maintainers. Streamlined policy change process by removing four unnecessary steps and decreasing process time by three days.

Langley Air Force Base, Va

Led team in exploring and evaluation repair sources to increase aircraft availability. Minimized operating costs by expanding local repair capabilities.
