I have worked in the Pet Food Industry for over 10 years; all with Mud Bay. Building strong relationships, both internally and externally, to lead and collaborate with new services and operational practices is what has created a workplace that is beneficial for our customers, employees, and vendors. I am honored to be a part of an employee-owned business for over a decade.In 2017 I was part of the launch of the first ever, not-for-profit Mud Bay retail location inside of Seattle Humane. With a hands-on and collaborative approach, this retail model was able to deliver profits in its very first year. As the Mudlet Manager I oversaw the operational and customer experience aspects along with our day-to-day relations with Seattle Humane. The updated MBX approach we took allowed us to begin developing a sustainable business model that benefitted both Seattle Humane and Mud Bay. Currently I am the Manager Mud Bay’s Support Team. The Mud Bay Support Team aids in customer support and assists as a knowledge center for Mud Bay Employees. I take pride in knowing that the foundation I have started will allow future Mud Bay employees to have a clearer career path when taking a role with the Mud Bay Support Team. This work has created a valued added benefit for Mud Bay customers and employees.
