•Provide subject matter expertise to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Chemical, Biological, Radiological, & Nuclear (CBRN) Preparedness Program (CP2)•Assists DTRA with capability analyses and identification of operational requirements for CBRN and counter weapons of mass destruction (CWMD) programs•Work with U.S. Government and Military personnel to create annual, two, and three year plans for partner nation (PN) engagements that satisfy Combatant Command (COCOM) objectives•Collaborate with U.S. and PN stakeholders to design and execute customized training content, logistics, and assessments for disaster preparedness events in complex environments•Facilitate and manage successful execution of Subject Matter Expert Exchanges, Senior Leadership Seminars, and additional CBRN Preparedness Program events•Leads the integration of Concepts, Studies, Analyses, Threat and Risk Assessments, Capabilities Based Assessments (CBAs), Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs), and Strategic guidance•Responsible for developing and delivering training to enhance PN counter weapons of mass destruction (CWMD) capabilities•Manage teams of analysts, SMEs, and sub-contractors to conduct workshops, training and exercises, and the development of products tailored to PN specific requirements•Develop engagements at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels to address PN emergency preparedness and disaster response needs including Incident Action Plans (IAP) and Concepts of Operations (CONOPS)•Create programs of instruction (POI) facilitating information exchange of best practices with PNs •Interface with foreign nations’ governments and military personnel to plan and execute events that address potential gaps within PN CBRN/CWMD preparedness capabilities•Provide analytical and logistics support for CONUS and OCONUS events including Identification of training, defense procurement, and shipping requirements
