Project Manager
CurrentOversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Responsibilities are centered around delivering quality restoration techniques completed to RIA/IICRC industry approved standards while providing superior customer service and satisfaction. Complete inspections and secure losses while managing risk. Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing Xactimate and other project management software platforms. Maintain consistent communication with homeowners, adjusters, property managers and all stakeholders. Report job status and progress to vendors, adjusters and customers. Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process. Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets
