Eric has developed a broad legal practice in the areas of employment law, labor law, civil rights and civil litigation. Eric serves as a Municipal Solicitor to municipalities in Chester and Berks Counties. He serves as Labor Counsel to a number of municipalities throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where he counsels municipalities in all aspects of collective bargaining, including Act 111 interest arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, and grievance arbitrations. Eric also advises public and private sector employers on personnel management issues, including appropriate employee policies, employee investigations and discipline, claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. He also represents employees who have been wronged by their employers.As a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group, Eric litigates a wide-variety of claims, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, inclusive of employment discrimination and wrongful discharge claims, civil rights and Constitutional claims. Eric also represents employees and students in disciplinary hearings local school boards.As a member of the Firm's Municipal Law Practice Group, Eric counsels local governments on all aspects of the law, including real estate, zoning and land development matters, personnel management, statutory bidding compliance, contract law, and compliance with the Sunshine Law and Right-to-Know Law. Eric has been recognized as a 2018 Top Attorney by Main Line Today.
