Executive Purchase Specialist
•Manage a pipeline and serve as a primary point of contact for 20-60 clients per day to manage retail residential transactions up to $7.5M in value for the largest Online Lender in the Unites States.•Collaboration with new construction builders to ensure compliance with state regulations and ensuring purchase agreements align with loan terms, communicate with realtors/ attorneys directly to ensure that purchase agreement language is legally sound and to confirm that all transactional parties have received the correct disclosures.•Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to manage and track the client pipeline as well as LexisNexis to conduct research on titles on property status. •Analyze data including but not limited to property value increases, tax responsibility based on localized events, and capital markets insights to determine timeline and expected volume of loan closures. •Assistance in training, developing, and mentoring newly hired team members. Key Highlights, Projects, & Accomplishments: •Served as a member of the Pilot Team to launch “Our House”, an internal software program/product that enables communication with clients via text message or e-mail while consolidating and storing contact history; partnered with software engineers and UX designers to develop the user interface (UI), conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and assess overall functionality. •Promoted from Purchase Specialist to Executive Purchase Specialist - President’s Club due to exceeding performance expectations.
